Model's Terms, Conditions & Rules

I acknowledge that in order to be a model on the 50centslive.com video chat service, I must agree and abide to the following terms and conditions, and follow the rules:

1) I am at least 18 years of age, or of the age of majority where I live, and anyone who might appear in my chatroom with me is also 18 years of age.

2) The persons appearing on Your cam must be at least 18 years old, and must have all the legal documents on file at our office. This includes friends and lovers, nude or not.

3) I will not engage in any unlawful, obscene, or prohibited conduct, according to the local standards of my community. I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to determine what is acceptable in my local community, and hold 50centslive.com harmless if any behavior I might engage in will result in any civil or criminal penalties in my local community.

4) I will engage only in nudity or erotic content that is portrayed in a normal, healthy, positive, non-violent, and consensual manner, and relates only to normal, healthy sexual desires.

5) No roleplaying depicting underage sex, rape, incest, blood, bestiality is allowed. You will be banned on the first occurrence.

6) Do not give out any personal information about Yourself or another Performer, including but not limited to e-mails, addresses, account numbers, online chat IDs, etc.

7) Do not solicit for escort, prostitution or personal contact with customers. That includes exchanging e-mails, addresses, online chat IDs (yahoo, msn, ICQ, etc. Asking for money is forbidden! You will be banned on the first occurrence.

8) Promoting other web sites or services is strictly forbidden and may result in account termination.

9) Showing content that is overly explicit (partially or fully nude body and/or body parts, for instance) in 'Free Chat Mode', in the 'Non Nudity' part of the site or on the first 6 pictures of the Performer Gallery is NOT allowed. Please make sure to abide by this rule otherwise Your account may be suspended and/or terminated. Please display such content only in 'Members Only Mode'.

10 ) If You present any kind of pre-recorded video in the LIVE sections of the site keep breaking the rules, Your account will be closed immediately.

11) As a reminder, the name of the site is www.50centslive.com. It is a membership organization. You have not been hired to work here, nor are You being paid as an employee.

12) Video Chathost transfers full licence to 50centslive to use any and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, recordings, trade secrets, and all other proprietary rights in and to the Productions, or any portion thereof, via an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide, universal, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, transferable, exclusive license to 50centslive. With the rights granted herein, 50centslive may, without limitation, record, use, distribute, reproduce, display, perform, publish, modify, adapt, translate, transmit, market, import, export, promote and/or create derivative works of the Productions in any medium or technology whatsoever, now known or to be developed in the future. You further agree that 50centslive shall be the sole owner and holder of all copyrights and all other proprietary rights in and to any and all derivative works created from the Productions.

13) Violation of the rules leads to to the temporary or permanent removal of Your account! I agree, swear and promise to follow the Model’s Terms & Conditions & Rules, and I acknowledge that I understand all the points explained above.
